Xzavier A. Richardson is the CEO and Founder of Your Certified Solutions, known widely for his dedicated excellence in business through Hands On Moving and Storage - a multifaceted moving company rooted in the Greater New Haven Area, that serviced families and businesses across the entire nation. Steadfast in his commitment to his community, Xzavier founded the Helping Hands Foundation in 2022 to focus on youth advocacy, emphasizing the importance of education, and Lupus awareness - a diagnosis he refuses to let define him. He is also the CEO of Xzavier Richardson Business Consulting.
Raised in the Newhallville neighborhood of New Haven, CT, he acquired an early education through the New Haven and Hamden Public School systems. Upon graduating from Hamden High School, he attended Newbury College in Massachusetts, then Southern Connecticut State University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

In addition to Xzavier’s professional accomplishments, he finds time to support two local youth basketball teams; serves on numerous local committees and governance boards; supports charitable events, including contributing to Southern’s athletic department. He also advocates for education, sponsors local clubs and activities, and has been critical to several community projects, including the progression of the New Haven, CT, 29th Colored Regiment Juneteenth Committee.
He served as President for Elm City BNI (Business Network International), a local business networking group, he serves as Treasurer for the Delta Iota Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and he serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Elephant In The Room Boxing Club.
Most importantly, Xzavier is a devoted husband to his wife, Johnna Richardson, and a proud father of three sons.
He strives to be an ideal role model for our youth, a humble servant to his community, and a man of great poise & commitment.
